Frequently asked.
How is PPA membership pricing determined?
Tiers scale with the number of physicians in your practice. This keeps the network high-touch while giving each member fair access to resources.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes. As your practice grows you can upgrade at any time, with proration on the existing membership.
What is included in 'Ops Leaders' seats?
Each tier covers seats for your operational leadership team, practice managers, COOs, and administrators. They receive full access to Ops Briefings, the PPA App, and networking events.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Memberships are billed annually, with monthly payment available for convenience. Most members renew, our retention rate is 98%.
What if my practice has more than 40 physicians?
Practices over 40 physicians are accommodated with custom Enterprise+ arrangements. Contact us to discuss specifics.
How quickly can I expect ROI?
Most members see positive ROI within the first 90 days through GPO savings alone. CME credits, networking value, and operational improvements compound from there.
